ABOUT OUR GROUP
The Be There Group is a collective of passionate psychologists, mediators, and human resource consultants dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our team, led by co-owners and Directors Shaan Ross-Smith and Kirsty Tschirpig, brings extensive experience in the criminal justice system, primary prevention, domestic violence, and restorative justice. Our mission is to empower and engage audiences with the tools they need to lead a life of integrity, inclusion, and respect.
